overtime. Alex Burrows scored with 19 seconds left in overtime. Or something like that. Anyways I was pretty excited when i heard! Me, Adam, Jason and Mikalya where all listening in Jays office. When we heard that they scored Me jay and Adam all jumped up and yelled. Lets just say i am a hockey enthusiast. Any ways, today i had a typical, normal, average kind of day. But tonight is youth and i am excited! The new sermon series is about hearing the voice of God. An i am also worship. Which is pretty sweet. Till next time.

DISNEY LAND
I will blog more about it later. Well we did have a great day yesterday. The Angelus Temple service was awesome!! The worship part was more like a rock service. it was kinda funny. The worship team rocking out with the glass windows in the walls. They have been here since Aime the founder of Foursquare. After we went shopping to this MASSIVE shoe store. I am not kidding it was MASSIVE!!!!!!!!! I will get some pictures up later. We also went to Hollywood.
There was alot of street performer there. We even saw "Jesus" walking across the side walk with a Starbucks cup. We had a lot of fun! We measured up our hands and feet with the stars, I have the exact same size of hands as Julia Andrews. Then we speed ed down to the Black church. That was so great! We caught the tail end of worship.(they where having some sort of anniversary) Even so it was awesome. The lady that sang had some voice. And the preaching!!!! If the liked what the preacher was saying the stood up and clapped and yelled AMEN. Or put there hands up in the air. Oh ya at the end some one got on the organ and started playing. then the preacher sang/preached. It was so cool. Beside us there was like 3 other white people. There was like a couple thousand black people.
Well my mom is pressuring me to get off.

Martha
Martha (4) was defiled by a man who threatened to kill her family if she told anyone.
Martha* – Nairobi, Kenya
Four-year-old Martha spent most of her time playing with friends near her home. One afternoon while playing outside, a new neighbor across the street approached Martha and asked her to help him with a favor. The neighbor then grabbed Martha, took her into his house and raped her. The rapist threatened to beat her if she told anyone what had happened and forced her to go back to playing with her friend.
Unable to contain the horror of what just happened, Martha told her friend that the man had “done her bad manners.” That evening Martha’s mother returned home to find her daughter crying. Martha told her mother the details which were later confirmed through a physical exam. Martha and her parents reported the rape to local police and later that day Martha’s perpetrator was arrested and taken to the police station.
However, a group of the rapist’s friends visited the family’s home and threatened to kill Martha’s father if the charge was not dropped. The rapist and his allies also tried to pressure the local police to drop the charges. Later, the rapist was released from police custody and immediately went to Martha’s home where he threatened to shoot Martha’s father if they pursued the case.
When International Justice Mission® learned of the threats and Martha’s case, IJM Kenya staff stepped in to represent Martha and her family. Martha’s rapist bribed, threatened and intimidated witnesses resulting in months of delays, but IJM stood fast. The perpetrator relied on a history of inaction and unaccountability in Kenya, that those fighting for justice would grow weary and discouraged and eventually walk away.
But Martha’s rapist and his allies could not contend with the forces of goodness that do not back down from threats or intimidation tactics. Instead of giving up, Martha and her IJM advocates persevered until Martha courageously confronted her assailant in court and the judge convicted and properly sent the rapist to prison for his crimes.
After the rapist’s conviction, IJM’s lead attorney in the case wrote, “In the future, when Martha is old enough to ask what anybody did to protect her, I have no doubt her parents will tell her that there’s a friend for little children who watched over their every step. We praise God today, as we feel honored to participate in such an act of love. Rejoice with us!” Today, Martha continues to heal physically and emotionally as IJM staff follow-up with care and encouragement for her and her family.
* In order to protect the individuals IJM serves and those who carry out the work, faces of sex abuse victims and particular IJM investigators have been blurred. To further conceal the identities of victims and safeguard ongoing IJM casework, pseudonyms have been used though the accounts are real. Actual names and casework documentation on file with IJM.

How well God must like you-
you do not hang out at sin saloon,
you do not slink along dead-end road,
you do not go to Smart-Mouth college.
HAHAHA! I love how it says that.
If you where to look it up in the NIV version it would be something like this
Blessed is the man how does not walk in the conceal of the wicked
or stand in the way of sinners
or sit in the seat of mockers.
What a difference!!!

Homemade Milkshakes
Just listening to some inspirational music right now. :D
I had a fatabulous day. We got really good Math and French, then we got to go to the church to sing and make money. My mom so graciously picked Chels and I up early. Woot!
So me and Chelsea got home, went on the swings, chatted about life, went home, then we ventured on to making.. HOMEMADE MILKSHAKES! We just kind of threw a few things together until it reached our satisfaction. We made it with no ice cream! If turned out to be quite messy but good! A little on the sweet side according to Chelsea. It also was pretty much hilarious. Sometimes things like this happen when me and Chels are alone with a blender.
ANYHOW.
I am quite excited about youth. Last night while I was doing my devos, I was reading a verse where it said, 'Do not be timid or hesitant.' I felt like God was saying that God was saying that we should not be timid or hesitant in our worship. Also, I felt like we should have favor in our youth group like Graham Cooke said. We need to be able to say, 'Papa, you said!' in our youth church. So if you're reading this before youth, come with that mindset.
Well I guess I should go and let Chelsea blog now.
Toodloo!

Why?
Why do we have as much water as we could possibly want while 6,000 children die every day from disease from poor sanitation and dirty water?
Why does 14,000 to 17,500 people get trafficked year, only for men's selfish greed?
Why are 2.3 MILLION girl and women in the sex industry?
While all these things are going on we are more concerned about getting a cellphone. Or trying to impress him or her. Or oh my gosh what am i going to wear to youth?
We desperately needs to get involved and bothered about many issues.
I am begging you. No longer can we sit on our lazy butts and complain about how we never have enough money.
We need to get serious.

Here comes the sun
First of all it was Friday which is always a joy! (THIS WEEK WENT SO FAST!) First we had chapel which was great! (amazing really) Then it was math and that was pretty easy. Then we had bible and we started listening to a sermon by this bell guy. Which was also amazing. I had hot lunch (MILKSHAKE!!!!) And lay ed in the SUN. S-u-n, I know is it not amazing! i am loving this sun! After we had P.E and buddy reading/library. And the bus ride was pretty good to. I laughed.
Then i got a MEDIUM ice cream cone with Chelsea, then went home and chilled. AFTER that i went to the last session at the leadership conference and is also was AMAZING! The guys name was Graham Cooke. He prophesied over Vancouver Island, and how we need to pray for favors from the lord. YOU DON'T ASK YOU DON'T GET. Plain and simple. He also said that he felt that this was going to be special. Break the amazingness of all the other years.
So go get a CD and PRAY. And you will receive.
adios!
(it is my mother birthday tomorrow so you should all say happy-birthday to her and get her gifts)

Abortion
Why is abortion even an option?
It just hurt people.
People call it salvation.
I call it pain.
Some people get an abortion because they need to.
And feel the grief after.
They don't realize they legacy they just put to rest.
Why would someone pressure someone to have an abortion?
Pressuring a death.
Why cant they have a baby?
And give to someone how cares.
So many questions. Will we ever answer it?
VatenTINES
He lived in third century Rome and the emperor wanted more people for hi army. So he was like, i am going to outlaw marriage so these guys will come into the army so that can go fight another war. Valentine knew that was against Gods law,so he fought it. He helped christian escaped and still preformed marriage ceremonies. Claudius (the emperor) found out and sentenced valentine to death. They would let him go if he stop ed preforming marriage ceremony and renounced his faith. But he stood his ground and they executed him, on February the 14th.later he was declared a Saint. Zandra - "I'm tired."
Chels - "I was a few minutes ago, but not so much now. I'm in the mood for sunshine!"
Zandra - "Let's cut this blog post short. It's getting really long now."
Chels - "Deal."

Wow to the AmericianGoverment!
Here's a little story to brighten up your day. Its amazing what they did for a homeless woman and her son.
(CNN) -- Acts of kindness will help pull the nation through its economic crisis, according to the woman who came to the rescue of a homeless Floridian who publicly appealed to President Obama.
Chene Thompson, the wife of state Rep. Nicholas Thompson, R-Fort Myers, is letting Henrietta Hughes and her son stay in a house she owns in nearby La Belle rent free until they get back on their feet.
"You don't have to be a politician to put forth a stimulus package," Chene Thompson said during a joint interview with Hughes Thursday on CNN's "American Morning." "This is our own little mini-stimulus package for a person who was a stranger and now is a friend.
"Anybody can help anybody at any time. It doesn't need to be something that comes from Washington; it can come from your own home and from your heart, even if it's for a little bit."
Hughes emerged from the crowd at Tuesday's town hall meeting in Fort Myers to tell Obama she and her son were living in a car and needed immediate help. The president asked her name, kissed her on the cheek and promised his staff would work with her.
Thompson, who was in the audience, stepped forward afterward to offer Hughes her vacant house, which the Thompsons had to leave because it is outside her husband's legislative district.
"She was sincere and direct and to the point, and she needed help," Thompson said. "And it actually touched me and I started to tear up and I started to cry. ... It sort of broke my heart."
Hughes feels "overwhelming gratitude," she told CNN in the front yard of the house, "because no one would do that."
"Oh, yes they would! Yes they would!" Thompson interjected, wrapping an arm around Hughes' shoulders. "I was just in the right place at the right time." Both women beamed.
The house has remained unsold in southwest Florida's depressed market, Thompson said. She continues to be responsible for paying the mortgage, property taxes, insurance and utilities, so it benefits her to have someone occupying it to keep it from becoming run-down, she said.
According to the White House, the Fort Myers-Cape Coral area had the highest foreclosure rate in the nation last year, with 12 percent of housing units receiving a foreclosure-related notice.
Median housing prices in the Fort Myers metropolitan area have plummeted from $322,000 in December 2005 to less than $107,000 in December 2008, the Obama administration said.
Nearly 12,000 jobs have been lost in Fort Myers in the past year.
White House spokesman Joshua Earnest said Wednesday that the administration connected Hughes with local housing officials in the crowd.
On Wednesday, the head of the local housing authority, Marcus Goodson, said he met with Hughes and is working on finding her a subsidized housing unit with a short waiting time.
Hughes on Thursday urged Congress to approve legislation to deal with the housing crisis.
"If that would pass, that would help many other -- hundreds and thousands of -- low-income persons to receive housing," she said.
People are doing something!

abortion-it blows my mind
Lawsuit: Florida Clinic Botched Abortion, Threw Out Live Baby
Thursday, February 05, 2009
TAMPA, Florida — Eighteen and pregnant, Sycloria Williams went to an abortion clinic outside Miami and paid $1,200 for Dr. Pierre Jean-Jacque Renelique to terminate her 23-week pregnancy.
Three days later, she sat in a reclining chair, medicated to dilate her cervix and otherwise get her ready for the procedure.
Only Renelique didn't arrive in time. According to Williams and the Florida Department of Health, she went into labor and delivered a live baby girl.
What Williams and the Health Department say happened next has shocked people on both sides of the abortion debate: One of the clinic's owners, who has no medical license, cut the infant's umbilical cord. Williams says the woman placed the baby in a plastic biohazard bag and threw it out.
Police recovered the decomposing remains in a cardboard box a week later after getting anonymous tips.
"I don't care what your politics are, what your morals are, this should not be happening in our community," said Tom Pennekamp, a Miami attorney representing Williams in her lawsuit against Renelique and the clinic owners.
The state Board of Medicine is to hear Renelique's case in Tampa on Friday and determine whether to strip his license. The state attorney's homicide division is investigating, though no charges have been filed. Terry Chavez, a spokeswoman with the Miami-Dade County State Attorney's Office, said this week that prosecutors were nearing a decision.
That makes me want to wretch my heart out and put on a platter. That how bothered it makes me. Bothered isn't even the right word the describe it. 115,000 baby die everyday because of abortion. And why? Only because of our own senseless greed. 92% of abortions are because the child is unwanted or inconvenient. 42 million baby's die in a year because of abortion. That is more than the population of Canada. That blows my mind. We no longer watch while millions of politicians, service men and woman, coaches and stay at home moms die. I have to do something
What will you do?

Meh
I am getting back into the habit of blogging. Right now I am sitting my lovely cousin and lovely sister. Today I have piano lessons, and if I do so happen to finish my homework before the clock strikes seven, I will go to Cadre. Which I hope, because Cadre is so much fun! Then again, I have not been feeling well, and I need my sleep.
Ahem. In case you are wondering, Chelsea is being my scribe. Now then, continuing on.
Haven't you ever felt as if injustice is ripping at your skin and making you cry out in anguish? That is how I feel when I think about poverty and slavery, and all those bad, stupid, annoying, wrong things that are going on. So I ask, what are you going to do? How are you going to stop these major things that are plaguing our world?
Now then, continuing on, but don't continue on with your daily life without praying and interceding and giving your money daily to these things around the globe.
Now then, continuing on.. well, I don't really have anything else to continue on with!
Goo'day to you all!
Toodle ooo!!
